What Is an Executive Office Suite?

Contrary to conventional office space, an executive suite is a small office that is provided with use of shared amenities.  This enables companies to spend a bit less on renting executive office space but still ensures that all the company’s need for amenities is fulfilled.  In other words, common areas are included in the cost of the executive suite rent.

Conventional office space it usually leased for a longer period of time, 3-5 years or longer.  Executive suites are typically leased for shorter periods such as 6, 12 or 18 months.
