Our team takes great pride in the cleanliness of our building, from top to bottom.  Service requests are handled in a timely manner by skilled professionals.

Our on-site team

Our Community Manager, Andy, serves as the primary point of contact for both office locations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all tenants. From coordinating services and handling inquiries to resolving concerns and supporting day-to-day operations, Andy is dedicated to maintaining a well-managed, responsive, and welcoming environment for everyone in the community.

Our dedicated In-House Housekeeper, Ashley, ensures a clean and comfortable environment through thorough building sanitization, groundskeeping, common area upkeep, and personalized office cleaning services. Trash is removed daily, and private office floors are vacuumed weekly, services that can be tailored to your specific needs.

Our in-house Service Technician, Tyrone, handles a wide range of tasks, including hardware repairs, general maintenance, preventative care, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Service requests are submitted directly to the Community Manager to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
