The Datex Business Center Management Team builds strong working relationships with all of our tenants by maintaining consistent quality and communication. Our website provides streamlined access that tenants may use to communicate with property managers. The Group's goal is to respond to service requests within minutes during normal business hours. Tenants can contact the Group after-hours with an emergency contact service.
Routine property inspections are performed by both the property manager and a member of Datex Business Center’s senior management team. It is very important to maintain a preventative maintenance program. Additionally, the managers are constantly analyzing the property's accounting reports to maximize the value of the building by lowering operating and maintenance expenses without impacting the quality of the property.
The management staff at Datex Business Center is experienced in handling all marketing and leasing matters. We have established relationships with outside brokers to increase prospective tenant opportunities and to continuously conduct research to ensure we are maximizing rents while still remaining competitive in the market.
